[ErrorNote] Failed to publish Tomcat

clean and Publish를 해도 Tomcat 서버가 배포되지 않을 때가 있다. resources들이 꼬이면 간혹 기존에 배포된 프로젝트 디렉토리가 지워지지 않아서 그런 것이다. 따라서 해당 디렉토리에서 배포되어 있는 기존의 프로젝트 폴더를 지운 후에 다시 clean and publish해야 한다. 보통 경로는 아래와 같다.
